Nature photography is my passion. I've been shooting seriously for about the past 10 years. My favorite subjects are birds, mammals and insects. As the opportunity arises, I also enjoy landscapes and sunrises and whatever else happens to catch my eye. Red River National Wildlife Refuge is where I spend a great deal of time throughout the year using my photography to document wildlife sightings. The Visitor Center at Headquarters Unit in Bossier City, LA incorporated many of my images taken on the Refuge into their displays. Thank you, Sergey. I love to photograph dragons and damsels during the summer, when it is usually pretty hot in my area. Bird activity tends to be slow, and I can carry a much smaller lens around, rather than my big 500mm Canon.
